What is worship?

Christian worship is the act of lifting our hearts to God and dedicating ourselves to living in remembrance of Jesus Christ.  In worship we sing, pray, and listen to the Word of God as it is read from the Bible and preached.  There is no requirement for coming to worship except genuinely seeking to encounter God with others.
